Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly delayed.

- Europe: 7–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–18 business days
- Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We may also offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- customs clearance
- incorrect shipping addresses
- carrier issues
- natural events or holidays

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
